A number of DHL Supply Chain employees could be made redundant at the firm's Worcester site by the end of February.
The logistics firm has entered a 30-day consultation with an unspecified number of staff at the depot, which it operates on behalf of Boots UK and Homebase . "DHL will also work with those affected to identify opportunities elsewhere within DHL," a company spokesman says.
Operations at the site will transfer to another depot under a different logistics provider. Some staff will transfer under TUPE.
