How can you make sure you are in when it is delivered? I've waitied weeks for items to arrive in the past. And I don't believe this is uncommon.
I have also been in waiting for a parcel to be delivered when a red card was posted through my letterbox after no attempt to deliver the item was made. When I went outside to ask the postman what was going on he didn't even have the parcel with him!
If you don't enjoy lugging our parcels around for 4 hours, perhaps you should bring your concerns up with your manager rather than making sarcastic comments towards your customers over the internet!
