Jersey Post offer voluntary redundancy

Up to 80 staff at Jersey Post are being offered voluntary redundancy.

The changes to the workforce will be phased in over the next four years and will affect postmen through to general managers. The company says it needs to make the changes to remain competitive and commercially viable.

Jersey Post have been working closely with the Communication Workers Union who say the redundancies are being dealt with in an open, fair and manageable way.
