RM Delivery Office Opening Times

Hi I went to the Norwich Roundtree Way delivery office to find it was shut today, I rang the number on the card to find they wanted me to ring a customer service phone number or go on the internet, so I looked at their website which does not show any opening times etc. Am I missing something or should they be shut on a saturday?

Most customer collection points (Callers) open at 7am and close 12.30pm on a Saturday.

The card posted through my door says they are open 0700-1600 on saturday. Yet they were very much shut at 2.30pm today

I don't know any office that is open to 16.00 on a Saturday, Mon-Friday maybe but not a Saturday. Is it a grey card or a red card that you have?

Theres the problem, they cards should have been stopped being used after xmas, because its the xmas opening times on them, back to normal now im afraid, though am sure our ones stated it was only 4pm for the two saturdays before xmas

New Years Eve with handy opening times between the 14th and 24th

Opening Hours between the 14th-24th Dec

Mon-Fri 0700-1900
Sat 0700-1600
Xmas Eve 0700-1700

I assumed they would be closed New Years Eve and Day.
But thought they would open on Saturday.

Without a vehicle I walked on the icy path all the way there to find them shut today at 2.30PM

The problem was caused because you got the wrong card if you received it on New Years Eve. TBH the chances of the item being back for you to collect on Saturday if they tried on News Years eve is 50/50 at best, especially if its a small parcel as they are sent back through POs in most offices and it usually takes 48 hours to get through the system to the collection point.
