Where can I buy a second hand royal mail trolley

Post by merseaisland »

My Dad, although pretty strong, has Motor Neurone disease and it has damaged his left arm now progressing into his left leg. For reasons too mad to explain he needs to be able to get his paperwork from one building to another over grass and often in the rain. I thought an old Royal Mail trolley would be great as they appear very stable with waterproof pouches? I can only find new ones which are very expensive?

I did see some other brands on Amazon.co.uk it depends what you want to pay.
Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

Have you tried the local Mobility Shops they have proved a god send for my family - I have 2 disabled parents and 1 disabled sibling. They try their best to get things that are usually unavailable to the general public.

Might be a stretch but worth checking out.
