Industrial robot giant Yaskawa Electric, along with the Mitsui Co. have developed the parcel sorting worker of the future.
The system’s two-armed Motoman-DIA10 robot is able to recognize and rapid-sort everything from boxes to clothing. It can easily match the thousand-parcels-an-hour speed of the dedicated human worker it’s been designed to replace assist.
For eager corporate job-seekers the world over, starting in the mail room may no longer be an option.

Think of all the extra effort they'd have to do to make the extra face for the robot manager. Or if it was true to life, how uncumfortable people would be listening to the speaker inserted up the robots rectum.

Have they thought what will happen when there are no jobs for people , except a lucky few ?
Have they thought about a time when the millions and millions of jobless people, trying to provide for their families, but
unable to do so adequately because there are too few earning potentials , decide to look at the alternatives ?
I have , and if "progress" continues unabated , I hope I'm pushing up daiseys before that time arrives.

I hope we'll be burying bosses by them. There's no reason why everyone should not be on a 25 hour week with no loss of pay right now.

There should be no reason , I agree. But there is one standing in the way of real progress for the working class ,
Arrogant , greed consumed , self-obsessed , fatcat bosses.
I also hope the people will wake up to what's being done to them before it's too late , but I can't help but feel that
the British working classes , when they finally accepted Thatcher's shilling , bought themselves a one-way ticket to oblivion , and
boarded a runaway train.
Crikey , I'll be phoning the Samaritans in a minute if I don't start cheering up.

Cheer up mate! They can only turn the screw so much. Charles Stuart, Marie Antoinette, the Romanovs all came a bloody cropper.
