I have a couple of small packages missing, posted from Lancs, one heading for S.Manchester the other for London W1. There are plainly delays somewhere between, are backlogs severe or light (generally speaking)?. I ask as I am deciding whether to remake these orders or wait.

Anyway,what time limits are we talking here,as for backlogs,as far as i'm aware there is no major backlog,although individual delivery offices may have a small one.

Update:
I found one of the missing packets at work yesterday!
Spotted a lonely packet, in a corner, wondered 'what's in that'. I imagine if anyone else had found it it would have gone swiftly in the bin now that the stuff in it has been remade. I'd love to know how much 'loss' you poor lot get the blame for.
