After 3 years of service I have finally packed it in, RM has gone to pot the workload can only be described as slavery!! I'm happy to get out before christmas and have another job :lfo :lfo :nana :nana

Who else is close to breaking? My office is full of people looking for other jobs.

i am very very close m8,been here 15 years and i really am on the edge of walking(any more days like thursday will probably finish me off anyhow). :Boo hoo!

I plan to leave July, Back to university i go in september. Holiday in Thailand for 2 months. If i got hours to suit part-time i could be tempted to stay.

Over 20 years service,ready to apply for VR as our office will have the next round of cuts.Already lost 10 this year,10 more to go just after christmas.
Just totaly cheesed off with the whole job now,just biding my time.Had a job set up last time but our manager chose who was getting the VR's after telling the union rep there would'nt be any.So this time im off,mind you i'll probably get crushed in the stampede!

I'm looking to get out on VR term as well. go back to college and retrain.

22 years so I should get something decent, I would have stayed if we had kept the final salary but thats gone now so it would make no difference as it is now frozen at 21 years service, career average afterward.
