Found the site after it was shown on the news last night, it really is excellent. I have been in Royal Mail for 20 years, the first 13 on delivery and the rest in Cardiff Mail Centre. I have seen a lot of changes in my time but I think that this is definately the worst that I have seen the business, with morale at an all time low, can it really get any worse, unfortunately i fear it may

Glad to have you onboard. I too have been in Royal Mail 20 years on delivery in a small town in Bucks. I have seen the good times and the bad. This is the worst its ever been ! One Postie in our Office has had a nervous breakdown mainly due to bullying and harrasment from our manager. Where do Royal Mail get their Delivery Office Managers from ? Are they Robots ? Do they not realise that Posties are human and need breaks to eat and go to the toilet ! We can not and will not bow down to being treated as slave workers on a pittance and The public need to be told that we are tearing around on wet roads for near on 4 and half hours on rural deliveries with vans that we dont get a chance to do proper roadworthy checks. Posties on foot are dropping like flies with exhaustion and post office managers are still getting huge bonuses for wrecking the whole organisation ! Sorry for the rant but has to be said.
