POSTMAN, youve answered my question and i appreceate that, SHADDOW, you really need to stop guessing,
oh, i might work for a crap company but at least i can pay my bills this month. selfish, sorry i do understand your problems with managers but surely the way to sort it isnt to screw things up for customers.
i'll consider myself banned after this so, in a way good luck but on the other hand hurry up and stop being petty

I have no problems paying my bills. We are also trying to PROTECT the service for OUR customers. Why do you consider yourself banned and explain why we are being petty?bmw_lew wrote:POSTMAN, youve answered my question and i appreceate that, SHADDOW, you really need to stop guessing,

Here we go again, being called selfish because you want YOUR letters because we are on strike is a tad ironic
Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

i have read quite a few posts on this forun and it seems to be all for the strikes and no one on the other side of the fence, just thought it was moderators chosing what posts to leave and what ones to remove. i do understand what you are fighting for but i get wound up when due to the action you are taking i have to do at least 14 hours a day to get all my parcels/letters shifted. im struggling to see how holding the countrys post is going to sort your problems with the management, from what i gather the managers are complete toss bags but its not our fault.

COLLECTION OF MAIL AND PARCELS Who knows it might actualy become a regular thing in the future if there are not enough posties to deliver your mail.

So what are you complaining about don't you get paid for 14 hours? or are you like us. They want us to do more work but not pay us for it.

Re: collection of mail and parcels
there are people crying out for work at the min and i think it'll be a sad day when the old school posties get replaced with agency robots that only work because they have to, but it might end up like that because royal mail is a buisness after all and the bosses just look at money and figures, not workers happiness.shadow wrote:COLLECTION OF MAIL AND PARCELS Who knows it might actualy become a regular thing in the future if there are not enough posties to deliver your mail.
then again, i dont know any managers who think of staff
