Just had to get that off my chest first!

20 years for me next year and for the first time in those years i've seen streets of mail and yorks of packets sitting in our office overnight! All this despite best efforts of our staff which Royal Blackmail don't deserve!Enough is enough and if its turkey drummers and spagetti hoops for Christmas lunch this year so be it!
