Hi to you all im new to this forum . I have been a postman for 15 years and have seen many changes the thing i believe with R.M.is that there is not a month goes by with out some kind of change that is being brought in to the buisness R.M. need to get a grip I think they need to look at the company as a whole instead of trying to change something that is so big they think they can do it over night . Lets face it all we do see and hear is about later starts and a later finish which will not be family friendly for the staff with those that need to pick up children from school or keeping the competition at bay people want there post and packets early. And the Gov. should also except the fact that those that are in control of the country should of done something better when they had there ten year break from paying in to the pension But what should happen is someone that really nos about being a postie or working in any other department should be looking after the company .
