Great idea.........it's not like we need the work!!
We got enough work sunshine, just that we (The business) doesn't get payed enough for some of it.
What i'm saying is that letting our rivals deliver them as disgruntledpostie1 wishes, will not help our (the business) cause.
I think the point with a lot of us is that we're sick and tired with being hit with the big stick.
From people like you, your guv,his guv up to laurel and hardly, and on top of that PostCON,and the government,oh and the EU freeloaders.
Open up the market by all means but give us a level playing field and get these scum to deliver it themselves.
I agree with what you say about opening the market. We are being forced to fight our biggest rivals with one hand tied behind our backs - Hardly fair. If the market is open let us all play by the same rules!!
We've got someone from POSTCOM on here,am awaiting a reply from them about a q&a session on all the s**t.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

i think that we would be mad not to use the Harry Potter launch as a tool to give Royal Mail a heavy battering.

If we dont cause damage then we could be sitting out a day a week for months, if they see how much clout we have by being clever and hitting them on important dates then this will force their hand and make them come back round the table.

Lets do this and get this Industrial Action sorted out now, I am sure that if the union gets themselves a slot on telly and explains to the public why we need to do this we will still get the public support.
