WTL - Reading electric / gas Meters.......I KID YOU NOT !

Post by deadbox »

At our WTL this morning we got a short video from ADUMB Dozier (cant remember what it said as I switched off my brain at the mention of the name "CROZIER"
Then a 10 Min POWERPOINT presentation about the "Business Plan"
Then another Video

KEY POINTS.......

* Meter reading for the GAS / ELECTICITY ( I'm NOT kidding.....No seriously, I'MM NOT KIDDING )
( you'll need your torch to see the meter under the stairs...... )

* Flexable working (do what your told , when your told )

* Anualised Hours......( Mega summer lapsing with knobs on ..... You lose ! )

* Increased direct-mail volumes

* Increased packet volumes

* Increased D2D's

* "Competitive level of pay" ....That'll be a pay CUT then !

* TEAM-WORKING !!!!

There was lots more, too much to mention......

If we lose this strike....WE'RE BONED !

PS- Can you suggest some other peoples jobs that we could pull in on delivery to help Uncle Al get next years hard earned bonus for his MUPPET PUPPET ADUMB ( and a small bonus for himself too......)

Maybe we could take on the contract for social services and give old people bed-baths etc. Or collect the bins for the local council

SUGGESTIONS PLEASE.......

:funneh :crazy: :pray

If only he was that gentle! "How to succeeded by buggering the workforce with a pickaxe handle", seems more apt!

you can only work 40 hours per week so after that any thing else they can stick up their a-se.
i wonder if they are bringing these things out to try and provoke a reaction from the union .
the strike is going to either break the union or force the 2 muppets to be replaced by the goverment

This business or rerading meters was first mentioned soon after British Gas was sold off. The idea was to replace the second deliveries.

NO WIND UP !

Post by deadbox »

KAWASAKIKID.........

I'mm not winding you up.......That was our WTL today.......

My DOM was a little disapointed when I pointed out to him that if this WTL was supposed to "reasure me that the company was in safe hands & that striking again was not a good idea"----IF ANYTHING , I WILL STRIKE FOR LONGER RATHER THAN HAVE ALL THIS SH - T COME IN.......

( he was probably disapointed because he could see his "RM-GRIND THEM DOWN TILL THEY ACCEPT ANYTHING BONUS" was slipping away while people like me are employed in this office )
