PO Box woes
Myself/organisation I 'work' for opened up a PO Box, I was informed it was up & running for business from 7th September. I went in to the sorting office with my pink card today to see if we'd got any mail, & was informed that the box hasn't even been set up! Any mail sent to it will have been returned to sender, if a return address is available [otherwise it will be destroyed]. I'm not happy, & I shall be expecting to get a free month come renewal time in Sept 10.

This is the norm now, another happy customer, service RM give is so poor and there's worse to come if RM get there way.
