I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I can see RM's pay grades? I'm trying to find out what the pay scale is for grade BPC8. Thanks

If he or she can't do a simple thing like that without having to chase someone else to do it for them, I'd say they are perfectly suited for a management role (or should that be roll??)

Managers are very secretive about their pay and bonuses.
They must have to tak an oath of secrecy when they join the clique.

Tell them to look on the RM IntraNet site, as all grades bands and levels are on there.

TBH I only know my pay rate but I'm sure if you hone Sheffield they will tell you.

Not too many managers of that grade make themselves known on this board.........................for obvious reasons

You won't find detailed info on BPC pay rates on the intranet.

The PC part of BPC stands for "personal contract", so in reality the pay will be whatever they can screw out of RM.
