Our dogs not too bothered by post- if we don't have to open the door she won't even bark at the letters.

The cat is more interested, to her the posties are mystical box bringers. :pray

I work on collections but i still carry two pieces of equipment on me.

I done dog attacks for my presentation on my IOSH safety diploma and one of the worst things you can do is kick out as the dog can easily bite onto your foot and pull you off balance. Not sure about treats though a zap from the dazzer usually works unless of course the dog is deaf then it's time to try and get the spray (if there is any time left). Running is also a bad option as this can be perceived by the dog as a chase.

ImageThats the one I have got and its excellent - put the batteries in when I got it and pressed it to see if light lit up. My cat was asleep on the chair in the next room and shot out of the house like - well a scalded cat. :left:

Took me ages for her to stop sulking.
