Hello collegues. I've been following rmc for few months now so thought i'd say hi. I've worked in small rural delivery office for 15 years and not enjoying it at all. its great to come on here and know i'm not alone.

thanks baldrick. i've told a few collegues about rmc and had some funny looks. only 30 staff in our office,i'm 4th in seniority and feel like i'm only one with any fight left. everyone else seems to take things lying down!!

Welcome ruralpost......is there a unit rep in your office,if not...why not give it a go....? Just a thought.

Thanks for the suggestion HESS. We already have a rep,useless to say the least,i find out what i need to know on rmc. He even worked during last strike and out of 8 cwu members,only myself and 1 collegue stayed off work,quite disheartning really.

You and your colleague should be proud of yourselves as for the rest they should hang there heads in shame especially the rep
