The accounts normally come out at the end of June, but as most of the staff are delivering mail one assumes they might be delayed!

92p a week was this years bonus - last year bonuses amounted to just under 5% of my income. Apparently they are still discussing the Q4 part of the bonus.

RM should be more honest. Everyone knows that the financial results were hugely boosted by the best christmas profit. RM keeps delaying the publication of these results. Just a smokescreen if you ask me

I have been told that Royal Mail are holding back the fact we have made Â£340 million in profit this year.
Add to that senior managers massive pay and all line managers getting their Â£800-Â£2000 bonuses this month what the f**k is going on?
If this is true its a national disgrace and the public should be told.
Also that prick Leighton is in Canada on business for another one of his dictatorships whilst the post office is in the s**t.

I think we should flood the new trade secretary with emails forcing him to tell RM to reveal the figures for the last financial year. RM have to be open and honest about these figures. The money is there. Last year the business made Â£600M and we recieved just over Â£400 bonus and (in the end) a above inflation pay rise. Sod bonuses and collegue shares, i want at least 4.5% if the end of year figures are as high as Â£300M :cfo
