Hey everyone, sorry to just barge onto your forum but we recently published a new critical article about the process of privitisation at the royal mail with a load of original research. Probably nothing anyone doesn't already suspect but just in case you're interested:

Privatising the Post: Too Much, Too Late
by Rebecca Gordon-Nesbitt
Of all institutions of modern times, there is, perhaps, none so pre-eminently a people's institution as is the Post Office [...] Its services are claimed exclusively by no one class; the rich, the poor, the educated, and the illiterate, and, indeed, the young as well as the old,-all have dealings with the Post Office.

Thanks - very good analysis of where we are and how we got here. It doesn't make me feel any more secure in my position as a royal mail employee, but the more voices that speak out against the wider creeping corporatism the better.postpartisan wrote:Privatising the Post: Too Much, Too Late

You don't get home in time to pick up the kids just so some Rothschild can buy another super boat . Well they probably would get a bit down without it,and since you lot are scum and so are your kids how can you deny the fat cats
