My item isn't valuable as such, but it will cost me to replace it. It is a document for my vehicle. It wasn't worth £5.40 to send it special delivery and recorded delivery was appropriate. It has to be 15 working days - some people from Royal Mail have told me that it does include Saturdays and others not. As usual to get a different response depending on who you speak to. I have my form prepared with copies of my receipts and a detailed letter ready to post this weekend.
