Looks as if Mr Brown is now going to reject all plans to part privitise Royal Mail, well thats my interpretation of the 4 hours of watching sky news regarding todays labour meeting.

why would anyone pay £3billion for a bolshie workforce in a declining market when they can do sod all and use downstream access to make a half decent return for little effort.
