Hello fellow postal workers my names jaf and ive recently take on the reps job *************( how silly of me) ive worked for royal mail now for 14 yrs and yes when i first started it was a great job that i really enjoyed but sadly working for royal mail nowadays is like working in a sweat shop. Anyway i will rant on in a different post later on but i thought i would just introduce myself while i get to grips with this site and figure out how it all works :cfo

Thanks for the welcome, thats the main reason ive come to this site to find information especially on the pay and modernisation agreement on walk absorption hopefully i will find what im looking for :lfo

just found the d/l section wot a great section lodas of usefull info unfortunately i didnt find what i was looking for in the pay and modernisation agreement so it looks like im going to bash my area reps ears again
