I get so angry they never mention the REAL reason amazon are going elsewhere is because of the regulator making it cheaper for our competition to win the contract. It's not the modernisation L&C should be banging on about but the poxy regulator

We will still be delivering amazon it is the processing side of it that is lost and in saying that it is only the 2nd class which has gone and also in statement from Amazon , they said that they were totally satisfied with RMs service but they have moved on because of the price which has got absolutely nothing to do with us and all to do with the regulator. BUT I don't see stupid and stupider running to the government shouting about about of fairness in competition....NO of course not its all our fault....BOLLOX

we all know where the problems are the watchdog and 2 spineless gits who wont take them on properly so that they dont mess up their cvs, wouldnt it be fun if adam and all led us all out in protest against the watchdog especially since the rest of europe has binned the opening up idea for the time been they wouldnt have a leg to stand on maybe the new pm will just sack the lot of them, heres hoping

Please correct me if i am wrong  But the way i see it is we say to amazon we will do it for 8 million £. Then along comes DHL we will do it for 7 million £ :nana But Royal mail not allowed to lower there offer because of regulator?? So anyone can undercut us on price. Yeah thats a really fair deal we have. No wonder EU countries are stalling for time on the issue. I will bet a pound to a penny that after July 21st (next Harry Potter) that amazon will move first class packets to someone else cheaper :no no

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
