Welcome Ken - sorry if your having trouble finding your way around but keep plugging away its worth the effort.
Best way to do it when you have read through all the old posts after your first visit is:
1. Move your mouse to the Royal Mail Chat sign at the top of the page and select it.
2. Then on the new page that opens select the "View posts since last visit" which is on the far right under the flashing SAVE YOUR JOBS. With this method you don't have to plough through all the threads.
If you have any other questions then please don't hestitate to contact me using the Private Messages system.
