Hi All,just joined the RMC and wondering,does anyone know if there's an embargo on talks between managers and work place reps ?

1 don't think there is an embargo on discussions in principle but I am fairly sure I heard that the Exec had recommended no acceptance of agreements that deal with savings. So in essence you can discuss an agreements you just cant sign it.

I was wrong just got an "update" from my area and in the paperwork was this little snippet
