Hello and welcome BlackHawkDown. Everyone is entitled to their views.

It may surprise you to find out that everyone accepts we need change but the way they are doing it is wrong. Why keep going on about the shares saying its a good part of the deal when we can't get at it for 5 years. Why attach later starts, summer lapsing, etc to the pay deal.

IF IT HAD BEEN JUST A 2.5% PAY RISE WITH NO STRINGS THEY WOULD HAVE PROBABLY WON THE BALLOT. Adding the strings when they say they listen to "their people" was a kick in the face.
