Hello Doc welcome.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Hi Rocky,

No complaints on service really. I'm missing morning post though, especially items which needed attention during the working day (e.g. reminders of overdue library books).

Still get utility bills on a regular basis (you could put these in the warehouse for me - not that it would gain anything as these are now paid by Direct Debit - that's progress for you ) .
