The basic rate is £8.09p an hour or £323.60 for a 40 hour duty if you can get one as all they seem to be offering at delivery offices are 25 to 30 hour contracts.

£8.11.....for the first 40 hours,

£8.62.....for the next 10 hours

£7.68.....for anything over 50 hours !!!

50 hours sounds alot but as many work there day off this is easily achieved,
Mr Leighton's right it should be illegal to refuse overtime at this rate.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Your basic starting pay depends on your age when you join us. Below you'll find a guide as to how much you can expect to earn in your role. All the pay details shown below are based on a 40 hour week and for part-time positions, this amount will be pro-rata.

Age Length of service Pay
16 £194.74
17 £227.2
18 plus First 6 months £292.11
18 plus Next 6 months £308.34
18 plus £324.57

So,when you start,
first 6 months.........£7.30/hr
next 6 months........£7.70/hr
then after 12 months...£8.11/hr.......Yes,even in Liverpool!!

Well without bonus it was £650.000

divide by 365 = £1780.12 per day so divide by 8 for an hourly wage of £222.15

even though he does not do a 40hr week it would be £8900.60

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY NO WAY IS HE WORTH 3/4 OF A WEEK FOR A WALKING POSTMAN PER HOUR
