20 yrs service....and new on here!

hi everyone,just wanted introduce myself,i worked as a postman from 1983 till 2002,due to a change in cicumstances i am now again employed by royal mail....but only on a 25 hr contract cuz that's all they offered...oh well foot in the door an' all that...only been back a couple of months,must say the deliveries are long.....i can cope with the volume,but the 4 hr delivery span is a killer,i think that's been the biggest shock to me..still i suppose my feet will get used to it!

Welcome two-tired-feet, bit of shock how much its changed since SDD for a lot of my colleagues as well, so your not the only one in that boat. Hope you like the site.

4 hours is to long mate

The max delivery span is 3.5 hours

so have a word with your local rep and get that walk sorted out.Enjoy the site and tell yer mates at work about us
