Hi my name is Mark and I am a new member. As a postie for the last 7 years I have seen the job getting worse all the time. Morale has been rock bottom. I feel strongly about these issues and I backed the strike ballot. There has been mismangement at the top for the past few years (rememer the Consigna era). It seems those buffoons in Leighton and Crozier can get away with murder and get paid fat cat wages for it. Well was it the same Adam Croizer that made a pigs ear of The Football Assication and he got rewared with it by become the boss of Royal Mail. It sounds do unfair. Its time we all stood up and be counted and lets force the resignations of Leighton and Criozer!

Although in my office I think after the vote morale went up a bit, even a manager came up to me and said "good result".
