It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Hello and welcome keitho - Yes now against the law to work to rule, but of course nothing to stop you working to time and refusing the overtime needed to complete the task, as long as its not an organised, must be voluntary and not connected in anyway to union. I think I've got it straight.

The ballot results show a total lack of belief in Leighton and Crozier it shows they have lost the support of employees, it is time they do the honourable thing and leave, let someone who will put the wellfare of its workers and customers first, not their own back pockets.
