As offices are all different, make sure that the hours over the rotation work out correctly.

Everyone that's not on a rotational day off is at risk of their hours being incorrect because these s**t systems then don't work correctly.

7 hours 40 sat..
So 48 hours 10 mins a week..

That’s over 6 days then? Of course it’s going to be nearly 50 hours. You’re the one agreeing to do it. There’s no way you have to work 6 days.

I here on here all the time,YOU VOTED FOR IT .We had a meeting in my office with union and they said same thing.,but most people I ve talked to haven't.You have to blame the ones that didn't bother to vote or there's some shady dealings going on I don't trust anyone people our out for an easy life to get this so called new model of working through quickly so they can get there nice bonuses while the posties struggle
