Interesting that these Offices 'officially' in trouble don't include Gloucester or Worcester??

The firm apologised to Gloucester residents where post was sometimes delayed for months, admitting its service there was "totally unacceptable".

Most recently, people in Worcestershire hit out over postal delays, complaining of weeks-long delays for important post to arrive, with some missing hospital appointments.


I can only speak with experience in our office where there are several frames with days worth of mail left sitting in frames. More work to be done indeed.

According to the All Office List from last year, Milton Keynes has approx 83 walks. So it’s not as large an office as you would expect.

The difference with DM26 is that mail can sit in trays in the MC, it doesn't even reach the frames to be counted as undelivered post!

I'm not at liberty to say precisely (and I do mean that) how bad it was, but I can vouch that the appearance on the list accurately reflected the measurement of the state of the unit. As I've said many times before: to get on the list with callrates in the 20-30% range requires real carnage.

There were definitely people from neighbouring offices in. I wouldn't describe it as a flood. Still got agency even though they were told it would be byebye on the 17th.
