Awful app I now to top off through there I can now see my address is on view and other personal details such as my Gmail address is being displayed!!
I can see some of my fellow workers email addresses and their home addresses. Atleast I know where my Manager lives now. Didn’t realise he was that old. Does anyone else see this?? Let me know as considering a complaint as doesn’t seem right to me

I looked at my profile there is no address/phone number/email displayed anywhere.

I use the desktop version not the app.

So I was looking to apply for a job. I went to Robin and searched Jobs which brought up a Job vacancies page with a Search vacancies option.

This loads up a new page to look a jobs. But if you select the Royal Mail option there is a list I was looking at the different stuff. One is Org Charts and it shows a hierarchy.

If you select the red symbol against a name it shows details and next to the spotlight option there is another icon with a box and person symbol. Select that then Personal data then View all at the bottom and it’s in there.

I can even see the details of the top brass!! Anyone else get this

Is that job page on success factors? I've never figured out the login for that one so can't confirm either way.

It appears to be yes. When I first registered I think I had to use my NI number but since Robin had to call IT to get sorted again

I've followed all these steps, checked a few profiles and the only profile that it shows any personal information is my own which I assume is because it recognises that I'm signed in. Odd that you can see others personal information.
