Re: Customer Operations Manager
Didn't Moya Greene say in 2010 that RM's future was parcel focused in one of her first speeches?
We have been heading down that route ever since

Looking at that criteria
"someone who is flexible and can excel under pressure. Customer focussed, team player, results driven, inspiring leader – you know how to get the best out of our people and deliver the best to our customers. You can empathise, motivate, coach, and collaborate"
I can confidently state that our manager does not meet any of those requirements whatsoever

Re: Customer Operations Manager
Though to be fair they can hardly put out a job advert stating that they are looking for liars and bullies who know how to fudge the figures.ted_e_bear wrote: ↑11 Aug 2026, 15:17

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Re: Customer Operations Manager
'We're a parcel company now' has been a shopfloor mantra since 2017, as I recall. Hard to believe the transformation is not yet complete after almost ten years, but there's the ruined remains of a service still left to annihilate.
The machine stops.
