We currently work the wallington 1 in 6 which I think you are on now

Under dm26 we go to the pattern I described above

Which is
week 1 mon - sat
Week2 mon - sat
Week3 mon - sat
Week 4 mon- Fri ( sat off )
Week 5 off

Individual work days are

Mon 8 hrs
Tue 8 hrs
We’d 8hrs 30 mins
Thur 8 hrs
Fri 8 hrs
Sat 7hrs 40 mins

We go live on 17th aug

I get it now, the DM26 Wallington is better as you only have a 5 week cycle as opposed to 6, I've found this in the cwu ltbs if it helps anyone

That's over a 48 hour week, so will they take 48 hours off your leave, that would only give about 4.5 weeks leave

That's what I thought, hopefully a week off will fall on a bank holiday week so a lieu days worth of hours will help or you could book a week off when you're due an extra Saturday off which will only use about 40 hours albeit that's a bit of a waste of the shorter week.

Think that is the same for us now on the existing 1in 6 shift pattern

So no change

Always thought it was wrong working 46 hr getting paid for 37
So what’s being done about it do they get yearly payments now ? Or extra £30 a week for doing wellingtons !
