Anyone work at Halifax DO or West Bradford DO?

I am potentially considering a transfer to one of these two. Anyone at either of these offices know if the new DM 26 rota’s been decided yet? (I.e. 2 in 5 saturdays, 9 day fortnight etc).

Halifax DO not as yet, possibly voting on it next week, I believe we only have 2 options 9 day fortnight and 2 in 5.

We just voted 2 in 5 in our office but was hoping for the 9 day fortnight. For the sake of working 30 mins later each day you get 16 extra days off a year over the 2 in 5 rota.

Can anyone explain how they can change a 37 hour contract to allow for this 2 in 5 Saturdays off?

It's 40.1 hours for two of the weeks, theres two weeks in the rotation when you only do 32.5 hours over four days and the week when Wednesday is your day off it's 39hrs 40.
