Shortly leaving on IHR , currently have 5 weeks annual leave left and also 35 hours credit leau days to use up , what would I be entitled too when I leave , I dont want senior management for the want of a better word conning me :no no

To calculate we would also need your total annual leave and what you've used

To get an idea;

22.5 divided by 12 then times by the months so far, so 4 if end date is end of July.

22.5/12 times 4 = 7.5 days allowed this year plus any lieu days. I think!

As above reply if your leaving date was the end of July then that's 4 months into this year's leave period so you've accrued a third of your total entitlement assuming you haven't used any you should be due that amount plus the 35hrs of lieu days.
