Bottled water

Post by geordieboy123 »

What’s the criteria for getting a supply of bottled water as we have no water fountain like other nearby sites?

From google https://www.brita.co.uk/news-stories/di ... dispensers.

Whether you are an employer wanting to know the law, or an employee wondering if your employer can prevent you from drinking water at work, it is a legal and basic human right. Employers should be providing safe and clean drinking water, either through bottled water, fountains, or water dispensers.

From HSE website:

What you must provide for a safe and healthy workplace
Welfare facilities

Workers must have access to:

toilets and hand basins, with soap and towels or a hand-dryer
drinking water
a place to store clothing (and somewhere to change if special clothing is worn for work)
somewhere to rest and eat meals
So the first question is does your workplace provide a source of drinking water?

Yes it does but so have the other offices in the area that have nice filtered water through their water fountain

So the first question is does your workplace provide a source of drinking water?
