Re: Sick pay question
Was off last November due to an accident while working, woman crashed into me. Was off a week.
Manager put it down as sickness , union and I disagreed and he then said he changed it so it wasn’t my first period of sickness due to it being work related.
Had a fall at home during the weekend, off now with an ankle and back injury from yesterday but have noticed they have taken two days pays off me instantly. Our office has no current union rep but the first period of sickness is paid as normal or am i wrong about that ?
