For a communications organisation, finding contact information about branches is flipping awful.

Some are only active on Faceache, Twitter. Some websites are horrendously out of date.

If you look at the email addresses of the contacts for the DN branch, they are gmail addresses. Surely union branches should have .cwu.org email addresses to conduct official business for GDPR purposes?

The area reps are to busy working out with Royal mail the best way to keep on shafting the posties to have time to deal with any other questions.

A communications union with poor communications? Who knew?

If people can't easily get in touch with the people who are elected to represent them, then how can those reps genuinely understand what is happening on the shop floor?
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

The only people the CWU represent are the leadership and all their reps, the membership just fund their cushy jobs.
