I contacted them and answer was that they will announce it soon. And of course it will be backdated to April.

I still haven't had a payrise from last year. I've got AWR on the old contract, wasn't going to bother chasing them up but I've been cut off this week so I will send them an email

They took a month to anounce it and they will take another month to pay it. And then I probably have to complain about wrong calculation and wait couple of weeks again.

I wonder if the system will also recalculate holiday taken and paid. I had one shift which was cancelled after working it, so of course it was manually added and may not be taken into account.

Anyway, it will be measly backdated pay, because I hardly worked and now just waiting for the payment, so I can quit. Work dried out and then suddenly they woke up during school holiday and heat, but I already said Good Bye. I tried to do CSS training for months and there was always something in the way, so gave up on that. I'm glad, I can go to bed like normal person and don't have to put my phone in the airplane mode to make sure no one calls or wait for call, in case they may need me. I was on unpaid standby for 2 years and it was enough.

Angard went totally downhill since last year. They didn't transfer my holiday, I opened the ticket, they closed it immediately without doing anything. Had to reopen it and send more print screens. They said they adjusted it already and no adjustment is needed. Had to re-open it again to force them to transfer 4 remaining days from last year.

And for future reference, these are rates for people who started after October 2023. Absolutely not worth doing overtime.

I took part time job somewhere else. Got it no problem, work two afternoons per week and can do more hours if I want to. Can book them online myself, don't have to wait for someone to assign them to me, shifts are not cancelled and no one knows my number there. I just come, do the job and leave. Pay better than RM and work is lighter. And it's directly with the company, no agency shambles.

Interesting because the rates are identical to the permanent rates, whereas previously the rates were slightly higher.
