So, when is each office switching to the new way of working?

How is it being decided when an office switches? Is there anything complex about it?, surely it can be done ASAP, if not, why not?

There's 3 offices in our area going live in the next couple of weeks. Think a list is being produced from what I've heard.
RM want all offices done by end of October. Can't see any issues with that

For decades now we've had such a huge difference in workloads from one duty to another. Also a huge range of performance from one staff to the next, with these days many staff openly stating they are doing as little as possible, but with a flick of a switch we will all be thrown into this wonderful new way of working where the busiest duties get 33% more work and the easy numbers get to do 50% less than current. Royal Mail economics at its finest.

So with all these changes coming in, is there any provision for those folk who are on family friendly and those that met all the required criteria last year to be exempt from the later start times?

Any time people at our place ask the yellow hi viz wearers about this, all they get is 'we don't know as its out of our hands'.

We were told today July,our office clears when no ones on the sick we were picked because of that.

They still make profit from letters Walsh said last CWU session its all keeping us in a job infact the uso is actually keeping jobs.

1 DO in the area we cover has already gone over, another is due to go over very shortly.

We're getting quite a few batch updates on the CSS machines so all the DOs must be making sure their Route Planner data is up to date.

If RM doesn't then they might get sent out as DSA and then RM still has to deliver them anyway but doesn't get so much money for them.
