Good grief, PT haven't started that early here since before the Network Review in September 2007. I'm FT now and that's my start time. You must be reasonably close to one of the parcel hubs.

Like I said, places that got shafted in 2024 were left to deal with it. So there's absolutely no defence available if they decide to bless everywhere else with an 1130 first letter.
