Cwu say we need to trust management - well if they carry themselves out like above how can we?

One of my fellow colleagues has just been suspended and conducted for social media misdemeanor, and it's nowhere near as bad and as explicit as the above, what were the consequences for this individual?

And did he get disciplined and sacked ? Or any other forms of actions taken?

Is there any justice in the world, especially when my fellow mate and colleague is potentially facing the sack!

Or is it one rule for posties and another for managers?

In a court of law previous cases set a precedent but in royal mail they say every case is individual so basically they can do what they want unfortunately

I moved this thread into the admin room to review it properly, and I’ve now put it back.

The manager named does appear to have an old account here, inactive since 2024. The concerns from a member about doxing or a pile‑on are legitimate, and the discussion about management culture is also legitimate. There’s no clean “delete or keep” option; we will be criticised either way.

What is clear is this: RMC will not tolerate doxing, harassment, pile‑ons, or using PMs to target him or anyone else. If anyone does it and we can link it to an account here, that account will be banned. If legal action follows, we will cooperate with any lawful information requests.
