The increase from April 6th is not seen In this month's payment. Any ideas why ?

I had an increase.
I have a question , do Capita send out a payslip when there is a change ?
Only I believe I have paid some tax on mine , when I shouldn't.
I told the taxman last year when they altered my codes in November , that I would have to pay tax , and they told me I wouldn't.

I got a letter from Capita stating the increase amount and how much tax I paid on it. Also received the April increase in this months pension.

Looks like another Capita failure. Surprised some postmen think the sun shines from their rear. I have heard nothing but bad things about them. Ive emailed them and await an answer.

Apparently the increase takes place from the 6th April , therefore next month you should get the full increase

isn't the full increase meant to be 4.5% ?
