Capita

Post by Chelseablue »

Why is Capita so hard to deal with/ get a pension quote etc ? Phone a number then that goes dead etc etc. On the verge of trying to get out after near 27 years , i just want to know what ive got , so i can look at it and go from there. Seems impossible

I’m currently in the process of taking my NRA60 benefits early. I asked for a quote via the website below. You only need to request a quote from the RMPP and they will contact Capita to send you a quote for the RMSPS. They say you should receive the quotes within 3 weeks but mine took nearer 4 weeks to arrive (both arrived the same day but in separate envelopes) The quote I received also gave me the option of taking the AVC that I have early. To give you some idea of timescale my forms have to be returned by mid April with the pension payable from early June.
