1. How many hours is half a day?
2. How many hours is full day?
Hours are not stated on payslip.
3. Has anyone noticed that when holiday is removed from calendar the balance is not updated and remains the same? Does it get updated when new week starts?

Half a day is your average number of shift length hours x0.5
For example if you only worked 4 hour shifts your half day is based on 2 hours. If you worked a mix of shifts then it's based on the average of those - they do have that information in their system.
Regarding holiday balance not updating - it only updates once actually taken. Removing or adding days in JoinedUp doesn't affect the balance although there will be a separate balance that says x number of days pending (you can even book more holiday than you have available if for example it’s a few months away and you know you’ll have accumulated enough days by the time it comes to actually take it)
