Re: IHR
Hi. Not sure I'm in a position to help, or advise but.. 1st!! If still able to access wage and holiday info via Robin or alternatives please screen shot/keep copies. Beyond that this group might need more info on your situation if you are able to share. I.E. Were you off sick before being offered IHR and for how long, and of course which type of contract which might explain why you're on zilch pay. Have you contacted HR re situation? Are you in the union so that we can steer you to the right support? Are you aware of the Rowland Trust? (Charity) Sorry for all the ?? not trying to pry or fish and deffo not judging it's just your post was a bit sparce on info. Whatever the outcome Good Luck..

IHR is a last resort. Have you been represented and taken any advice?

Re: IHR
The question has cropped up recently on here and iirc the answer is 16 weeks pay plus dependant on length of service up to 12 weeks pay in lieu of notice (pilon)
I see you joined on here 2011 so if you were employed then I'd assume you qualify for the maximum, also as you're on zero pay is that due to having over 12 months off sick, if so you could also be due your outstanding leave but I don't know about that
